Currently, I’m a journalism student at the University of Colorado at Boulder expecting to graduate December 2011. I’m a news editorial student also receiving a certificate through the Technology Arts & Media program.
The past few years I’ve transfered between the University of the Missouri and the University of Texas – Austin before finally ending up at the University of Colorado – Boulder. I’ve also spent some time in London and India. In London I attended the University of the Arts London and received a certificate in Fashion Journalism and Fashion Photography from the College of Fashion. Last summer I studied abroad in India and spent my summer road tripping throughout the Himalayas (traveling from New Delhi to Leh) while studying Buddhist art and architecture.
I am currently the editorial intern at 303 magazine and the photographer/design intern with Frisk Accessories for Girls and Guys. Over the summer I interned with American Cowboy magazine and in the past I’ve also had the pleasure of interning with Colorado Community News (Castle Rock, CO) in 2007 and Rare Magazine (Austin, TX) in 2008.
